Soundflower Sierra Not Installing Windows 10
This issue has cropped up on some High Sierra installations that have never had Replay Music installed before. Here's the workaround:

Download Soundflower for Mac to pass audio to other applications. Install Soundflower. Download the latest version of the program and install it. Make sure the program works with Mac OS X. - Run the Replay Music installer again and perform an install
- When the installer tells you that the installation failed, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General. Then click on “Allow” next to “Replay Music”
- Re-run the Replay Music installer again and finish the installation
