- Windows will automatically reinstall the drivers. Test your device on a different computer. If the issue is specifically with your PC, testing on an alternative computer will be able to confirm this. If the name is correct on the second computer, there is a driver/setting issue on your PC which would need to be resolved by an IT Specialist.
- Open the USB Audio Driver package you just saved and drag the USB Audio Driver folder to the desktop. Open the USB Audio Driver folder on your desktop and run Setup.exe. The Setup Wizard will start and guide you through the installation of the USB Audio driver for the Audiant 80i. Click Next to proceed with the driver installation.

I installed Windows 10 (April 18 update) on external SSD drive that can be selected on the iMac's startup. Run the Boot Camp Windows Support Software and everything is fine, Apple mouse & keyboard, except audio is missing. Windows 10 Device Manager app does not show any problems with the drivers such as yellow triangles or red crosses. In fact, when a video is played the green volumen bars in the audio device driver properties move but there is no sound at all.
